Recently, we have completed 3 home renovations.
Walnut Street, Latrobe -- we took a home that was unihabitable and within 3 months created an entirely new living space. The home was purchased by a first time home buyer who we helped provide with financing.
Madison Avenue, Export -- this split level home situated on a steep hill needed a new staircase to change from a 2 unit home to single family. Other improvements included new bedrooms and hallway on the top floor.
Seminary Avenue, Greensburg -- a new ceramic tile kitchen floor is a feature in this home at 208 Seminary Rd. This 3-bedroom with attic bonus room and yard will be on the market shortly through Chrisia Simkovich of Northwood Realty. We're providing the new appliances, beautified the interior, and are currently adding new features to the front porch in addition to landscaping the yard.
